如何正確洗臉?跟著美容師步驟，找回18歲透亮肌!!

#想與美容沙龍一樣的效果嗎?跟著以下步驟，學會美容師私藏密技。

如何正確洗臉看是一件簡單的事，但其實裡面可是隱藏很多需要注意的小細節，洗臉不是把表面洗乾淨就好，而是要把毛孔清乾淨，如果連保養的第一步都做不好，後續保養動作等於是白做工！

如何洗臉步驟

#1.洗臉第一步:請先洗手

❓:為什麼要先洗手

💡:有研究指出一隻沒有洗的手，平均細菌數約有:4~40萬個，應該沒有人希望這些細菌進入到我們體內，所以洗完手後請立即洗臉，雙手不要在東摸西摸或用毛巾擦拭。

(P.S平時沒事也不要摸臉)。

洗手步驟

#2.洗臉第二步:水溫控制

❓:水溫要幾度才適合，我要如何知道水溫幾度?

💡:洗臉的水溫最好介於25-30度，只要不會覺得冰或燙即可(建議微涼)，因為太熱的話會破壞到我們的皮脂膜，造成過度清潔，有研究指出，皮膚每升溫一度，出油量會多10%。用太冷的水會讓我們毛孔收縮，髒污則清洗不乾淨。

#3.洗臉第三步:清潔順序

❓:洗面乳擠出來直接塗在臉上用力搓乾淨就好了嗎?

💡:我們要先將洗面乳放置手心加水開始搓泡泡，千萬別一坨洗面乳直接接觸皮膚，一定要搓出綿密的泡泡！

而我們的T字部分通常比較容易出油，所以用指腹在T字部位可以用按壓的方式，切記洗臉時一定#要輕要輕要輕#，才不會過度拉扯、摩擦我們的肌膚。

#4.洗臉第四步: 洗臉時間

❓:1.洗臉要洗多久，洗越久越乾淨?2.一天要洗幾次越多次越好?

  • 💡1.洗臉的時間最好控制在一分鐘內完成，如果過度的麼擦造成皮脂膜受損，對內傷害:容易造成肌膚水分散失、肌膚油水不平衡易造成粉刺與痘痘形成，對外傷害:因皮脂膜受損容易讓外力侵入，如:紫外線，細菌等造成皮膚紅腫、敏感。
  • 💡2.一天洗臉次數建議2~3次，依照個人膚質判斷，乾性肌膚:建議只要晚上使用清潔產品，白天使用清水沖洗即可，中性及混合性肌膚:建議早晚用溫和性的洗面乳清潔 ， 油性肌膚:如天氣炎熱較容易出油 ， 除了早晚用清潔產品 ， 中午也可以再多洗一次，點這看看自己是什麼膚質。

#5.洗臉第五步: 多多沖水

❓:臉上沒有洗面乳就可以嗎?

💡:當我們在沖洗臉部時，確認表面都沒有洗面乳後，再用水多沖洗10~20秒，毛孔才不易殘留髒污及洗面乳，請注意髮際線和鬢角的位置!!因為被容易被頭髮遮住，所以很多人髮際線和鬢角這個位置容易長痘痘、粉刺就是因為洗面乳或洗髮乳殘留在毛孔堵塞。

#6.洗臉第六步: 擦拭用品

❓:洗完臉該用什麼擦乾?

💡:不建議使用毛巾擦拭臉部，因台灣氣候潮濕容易使毛巾滋生細菌，用完的溼毛巾也容易附著細菌，可以選擇拋棄式洗臉紗布(美容紗布)，或是不起屑屑的面紙，並以『輕壓』的方式去除多餘水分。

#7步驟整理:

  1. 水溫控制25~30度，可先用雙手測試水溫，水溫不要燙手或覺得冰冷即可。
  2. 洗乾淨雙手，指縫、指甲縫也別漏了喔。
  3. 洗面乳加水搓揉成細泡，優先塗抹在T字部位與嘴巴周圍容易出油部位，指腹由內而外輕輕按摩臉部，加強較容易出油部位，千萬不要大力搓揉臉部。
  4. 洗臉時間控制在30秒左右，洗太久或太大力皮脂膜或角質層容易受損。
  5. 用清水把洗面乳沖洗掉後，建議在多沖洗幾次，讓毛孔沖洗得更乾淨，並確認髮際線與鬢角這些有毛髮擋住的地方有沒有殘留泡沫。
  6. 用 拋棄式洗臉紗布(美容紗布)，或是不起屑屑的面紙，採輕壓的方式去除多餘水分 。

    1. 混合肌本身T字部位較容易出油，洗臉時可以嘗試針對T字部位多按摩幾下(記得要輕輕的喔)，主要還是要把洗面乳沖乾淨唷。
