乾性肌膚

關於乾性肌膚:

乾性肌膚的朋友，應該常常容易因臉部乾燥覺得發癢、脫屑的狀況，那麼保養的工作就要勤快點了，不然 『 皺紋、斑點、暗沉老化 』 等問題會比別人快報到 。

肌膚乾燥不一定是天生的，後天因素才是關鍵，小編常說的:『先找出問題才能解決問題』，我們先來看看有哪些不良的習慣導致肌膚乾燥吧。

皮膚乾燥成因:

1.洗臉方式:

乾性肌膚成因-洗臉

❌使用的洗面乳的清潔力太強、洗臉時太用力、洗臉時水溫太高，都會造成角質層和皮脂膜的受損，使臉部水分流失。

⭕️ 乾燥肌膚的人，要避免選擇皂類洗面乳，皂鹼清潔量太強，容易造成皮膚敏感，此外洗臉時請注意水溫(微涼)和力道才能避免不破壞到皮脂膜。

2.環境:

乾性肌膚成因-太陽

❌長時間在冷氣房、曬太陽、電風扇直直對著人吹都會容易使水分流失。

⭕️ 冬天或是需要進入冷氣室內，請務必做好保濕(鎖水)的動作，大太陽到室外擦防曬，不喜歡擦防曬的人，也可以打把傘，避免陽光直接曝曬。

3.生活習慣:

乾性肌膚成因-喝水

❌水喝太少導致體內水分不足、熬夜晚睡導致水分流失。

⭕️ 不熬夜是基本的，最好能11:00前就寢， 多喝水和水果，建議喝水量1500~2000，依照個人飲食，運動量來判斷，如果當天吃的食物含水量較高，可以少喝一點水，避免半夜一直起來上廁所哦。

4.錯誤保養方式:

乾性肌膚成因-保養

❌只擦乳液，沒擦化妝水&精華液，或只擦化妝水精華液，沒擦乳液， 洗完臉沒有馬上擦保養品 或是使用太過刺激的保養品。

⭕️保養步驟:乾性肌膚的保養是缺一不可『補水』、『養分』、『 鎖水 』，洗完臉盡快保養，避免臉部水分揮發，保養順序:化妝水(補水)→精華液(養分) → 乳液或霜(鎖水)，

⭕️ 使用面膜:乾性膚質的人也可以使用面膜加強補水，敷面膜時間控制在10分鐘，如果敷太久，會導致面膜倒吸走臉上水分。

保養品功效:

化妝水( 水類、 補水)：

保養-化妝水

提供肌膚大量的水分，讓後續保養品更好吸收。P.S:臉部在濕潤的狀態下更容易吸收吮分。

  • ❓ Q:化妝水都是水嗎?可以用清水代替?
  • 💡 A:化妝水的成分對皮膚滲透力較高，可使水分較容易就入到皮膚裡面，選擇化妝水還是比較好哦。

精華液 (水類、養分) ：

保養-精華液

精華液相對於化妝水而言，添加了較高濃度的有效保養成分，精華液就像是肌膚的維他命一樣，可以為肌膚帶來更具有用途的保養功效。大致上分為三類：保濕、美白、抗皺 ，可依照自己想改善的地方去做選擇。

  • ❓ Q:精華液既然是高濃度的精華，還有許多功效，那我洗完臉之後能只擦一罐精華液就好嗎？
  • 💡 A:不行，當精華液按摩完全吸收之後，建議再用乳液或霜類來鎖水，這樣才能讓剛剛擦的精華液留在肌膚裡面發揮功效。

乳液、乳霜(油類、鎖水)：

保養-乳液

乳液或霜類的質地比起化妝水、精華液更滋潤，可以防止肌膚表面的水分散失，並發揮鎖水的功效，就像為肌膚建立了一層防護膜。

  • ❓ Q:油性肌膚應該就不用再上乳液或霜類了吧？
  • 💡 A:這是錯誤的哦，只有少數人剛洗完臉可能在短時間10分鐘就開始出油的肌膚，可以不上乳液或霜類，因為他們皮膚容易出油。

總結:

📌乾性膚質：化妝水→精華液 → 乳液或霜類
📌中性膚質：化妝水(可用可不用) → 精華液 → 乳液或乳霜
📌混合型膚質：
1.容易出油部位：乳液、霜類、凡士林 → 精華液 → 化妝水
2.較不易出油部位：化妝水 → 精華液 → 乳液或霜類
3.普通油性肌膚：乳液或霜類 → 精華液 → 化妝水
📌超級容易出油肌膚：只要選擇補水產品即可（化妝水、精華液）
📌痘痘肌膚質：凡士林 → 精華液 → 化妝水

乾性肌膚的朋友照顧肌膚是比較需要下功夫的，但良好的習慣與保養，是可以讓肌膚狀況慢慢越來越滋潤的哦，讓我們一起加油跟老化皺紋說拜拜~
