痘痘一直長?7個常犯的錯誤習慣!

痘痘長不停

前言:

痘痘長不停是一個時常困擾著許多人的問題,也常常聽過看過很多人,長痘痘那我就吃藥、擦藥,去醫美打痘痘針阿,當然這些方法都可以解決痘痘的問題

但每次吃完藥擦完藥,過沒幾天痘痘消了又長出來, 是為什麼呢?因為這些都是『治標』不『治本』 的方法,所以我們要探討的是痘痘形成的原因。

長痘痘的原因非常的多,像天生的膚質、賀爾蒙、內分泌都有很大的關係,這些天生的因素雖然我們沒有辦法改變

但我們可以從生活習慣來減緩降低痘痘發生的機率。(痘痘狀況非常嚴重的人,還是要乖乖找醫生治療哦!)

痘痘長不停的錯誤習慣:

一.牛奶、乳製品🥛:

奶製品在生活中隨手可得,像:牛奶、起士、奶酪、奶茶、焗烤等牛奶內含的賀爾蒙會影響到我們皮脂線作用,所以愛吃奶製品可能會讓你非常容易長痘痘

根據醫學研究牛奶會讓我們身體的胰島素生長因子上升,導致皮脂腺分泌增生,臉就會變油進而刺激痘痘生成!

建議:容易長痘痘又想補充鈣質的朋友可以改其他天然食物如:芝麻、黑白豆漿等來補充。

二.高糖食物(高GI)🍰:

高糖類食有哪些,如:麵包類、蛋糕類、甜甜圈等製作時都使用了大量的砂糖,當然還有各位最愛的上班休息時間揪團定個什麼珍煮母阿、行不行阿等這些高含糖飲料,喝一杯下去今天上班的不愉快都沒有了,

高糖食物會使人覺得亢奮(血糖上升),但血糖上升就會導致胰島素跟著上升,皮脂腺也會跟著大量分泌,一樣容易造成痘痘問題發生!!不好的糖也容易造成皺紋&皮膚老化!!

建議:很多人其實有糖上癮的問題但自己不知道,但我們可以循序漸進慢慢減少飲料含糖量,改吃水果來獲取糖分,低GI水果如:小番茄,奇異果,芭樂等。

三.皮膚無法代謝🌚:

長期使用遮瑕產品或bb霜來掩蓋臉上的小缺點,容易造成毛孔堵塞,長痘痘最怕你擦太多東西在臉上,一層又一層的彩妝品只會讓痘痘粉刺、細菌、油脂被悶在皮膚裡面,遮瑕力愈高裡面含油脂成分愈高

遮瑕產品跟bb霜或粉底液,因為有潤色關係又要好推開,通常質地較油,容易滲透皮膚,如果又因為卸妝卸不乾淨,那痘痘粉刺就會越來越多!

建議:皮膚狀況不好時,可以改用粉狀底妝,減少使用粉底液或遮瑕膏等液體產品。

四.睡眠🌙:

現代人因為手機的發明,熬夜追劇、滑IG、滑FB已成家成便飯,常常凌晨兩三點才睡覺,晚睡對痘痘和賀爾蒙的影響非常大,如果你每天睡不到7-8小時(一個人精神狀況為主),就會影響人體內分泌系統,因此就會產生皮膚缺水、暗沈、長痘痘與粉刺

雖然說要睡滿8小時,但如果妳是凌晨2:00睡到隔天10:00,那你就是睡錯時間啦!因為晚上11:00開始至凌晨1:00是我們人體褪黑激素分泌時間,褪黑激素如有正常分泌,身體才能正常排毒,而肌膚就能達到新陳代謝。

建議:容易長痘痘的朋友,最好能在11:00左右睡覺!並充足睡眠時間。

五.過度清潔🧽:

太常洗臉-臉部容易出油的各位,如果你是一直出油就洗臉,又選擇清潔力特別強的洗面乳,又或是經常使用吸油面紙,那你非常容易造成過度清潔,導致皮脂膜受損敏感,把臉上好的油脂都洗掉了,臉就沒東西保護,皮膚會變薄,因此產生紅、癢、粉刺及痘痘!

六.枕頭套🛏️

沒想到每天都接觸的枕頭竟然是我們長痘痘的兇手,長時間沒更換枕頭套其實裡面都長了很多蟎蟲,而這些蟎蟲進入我們皮膚裡就會引發很多皮膚問題,再加上我們皮膚會分泌油脂,枕頭容易沾附細菌,影響皮膚問題就更大了。

建議:如果容易出油或膚況不好的人,建議一週更換一次枕頭套!

七.高熱量食物🍗

7個錯誤習慣,高熱量食物

高熱量食物想必不用多說了吧,容易造成新陳代謝和內分泌狀況,我們皮脂腺的皮脂他會從我們飲食上的油脂分泌出來,所以喜歡吃油炸、麻辣鍋、甜食的各位,你吃進去的東西都是會從臉部反應出來啊!

建議:多喝水,代謝排毒,建議喝水量1500~2000,依照當日飲食來判斷,如果當天吃的食物含水量夠高,可以少喝一點水,避免半夜一直起來上廁所。

    | Skin Princess is a little vanilla. You could look at Yahoo’s front page and note
    how they create post headlines to get viewers to open the links.
    You might add a video or a related pic or two to grab people excited
    about what you’ve written. In my opinion, it would bring your posts a little bit more interesting.
